I appreciated the convenient shuttle service. It made getting to the airport stress-free. The staff was generally very friendly, even during the early morning hours. The rooms had all necessary amenities for a short stay. They were quite satisfactory.
The parking fee felt a little HIGH. given the short stay.

The hotel offered chilled still water available 24/7 in the lobby , a nice touch. A shuttle service operated to and from the airport and this proved very efficient. There is a restaurant and bar available.

Rooms included both standard plugs, type-c and USB ports. The rooms were modern and reasonably clean, as expected. My room had blockout blinds on the window and these seemed to work WELL.

The breakfast selection included a variety of options. Most tastes are catered for. Half-board options are available and these are filling. The restaurant offered a cool atmosphere to dine in.

The reception was staffed 24 hours. Assistance was always available. Staff were warm and friendly, they provided attentive service. Early check-in was easy and straightforward, I did not face any problems.

The room was not as clean as I expected. I found some dust in the corners, a letdown. the breakfast selection felt a little limited and basic. I hoped for more variety.

the shuttle service was useful. it goes to and from the airport for only five pounds. the first shuttle leaves at four in the morning and the last one is at eleven at night. also, the reception team was helpful. they helped us quickly get settled into our room. all the reception team i spoke to were very helpful.
i booked the room over a month before my stay. i told them i would check in late, and they said that was okay. when i arrived, they told me the hotel was overbooked and i didn't have a room. there was flight cancellations that day and my room was given to someone else. this was disappointing.
