the room was cozy and perfect for my two nights.
My room lacked proper curtains and the blinds did not block enough light. It was too bright at 4am. i could hear tvs and conversations from other rooms, meaning soundproofing was an issue.

The staff was friendly. They are always ready to help with a smile. the pub food tasted so authentic, each bite was fulfilling. the decor throughout the building added to the romantic feel. The building seemed elegant.
I noticed a little wear on the carpet in my room. It really needs replacing.

The location provides easy access to local transport. A bus stop is right next door. complimentary drinks awaited in the mini-bar. This added to the excitement. coffee capsules offered a variety of choices. This felt very luxurious.

Breakfast had a fabulous choice. The menu. my evening meal presented a fabulous menu. The food was AMAZING!!! each dish was carefully prepared. I savored every bite.

The service was very good. they were always pleasant and friendly. I appreciated this a lot. the team was efficient. They ensured a smooth stay, which i adored.

The staff was wonderfully friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was AMAZING!!! Best produce was used, which I really appreciated.

minor issues during stay
friendly staffpoor soundproofingfaulty shower seal
the staff were friendly at breakfast it was easy to check in and out.
my room lacked proper curtains and the blinds did not block out enough light i was awake at 4am because of it. soundproofing was poor as i could hear other guests talking and snoring through the walls. the shower seal was faulty and leaked water all over the floor this caused damage to the door frame.

Decent Stay Near the River

The location is great! It is close to the river, great for running. The atmosphere felt very warm and the staff was friendly. It was nice to be out of the center and a bus stop was very close by.
The room I got did not have curtains! The blinds were too small, so it was way too light at 4am. I also felt that the soundproofing was an issue. I could hear TVs and talking from other rooms.
