Wonderful Oasis in the City

I appreciated the beautiful architecture and grounds at this hotel. The lily pond captivated me, and tropical plants were everywhere.. The staff was cute and helpful. Breakfast had delicious options. Our room offered everything we needed, and spa treatments were affordable.
The coffee quality at the restaurant could be better. We visited the nearby bakery for our morning coffee.

The breakfast was great with an a la carte menu, so many excellent choices! The cocktails at happy hour were a delight. I especially enjoyed the Singapore Sling. The restaurant has delicious lunch options.

The pool area was fantastic. I found it to be a relaxing space with great deck chairs. The traditional dance theater across the street from the hotel is easily accessible. Spa massages were really good and well priced for the high quality.

This hotel is within walking distance of markets and Pub Street. I appreciated its location close to the city center but still very quiet. The location makes for a quiet, relaxing stay close to all amenities.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Everyone knew their job well. The hotel organized a sunrise tour with an very nice guide. Sopshal provided great information. He made our day very enjoyable.

the staff were helpful. the vegetation around the hotel was lush! the design of the rooms was good.
The street noise was bad in the evening. It made sleeping difficult. the breakfast wasn't good. i expected better quality for the price. There was only pineapple marmalade.

the gardens surrounding the hotel created a very peaceful atmosphere..
i found the restaurant experience quite disappointing. our reservation was for 7:30 pm, but it took an hour and a half for the menu to arrive and the order to be taken. the food arrived late and was incomplete. it was like a waste of time.
