The hotel had a good location near the city centre (easy to reach everything). The staff were helpful with directions and local information. Breakfast offered a yummy variety of options. The hotel also provided free parking, which i found very convenient.
The jacuzzi in my executive room was unfortunately out of service. I discovered this upon arrival.

The staff is cute and helpful. The room I stayed in were clean and spacious. I find a good refreshment tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits. Breakfast taste very good. A breakfast freshly cooked to order were special.
The room are small, I was unable to take a decent shower as the water were not warm enough.

The bed offered unbelievable comfort. I didn't want to leave it. parking space was plentiful, convenient. the cleanliness was amazing. Coffee, tea, and biscuits were thoughtfully placed in the room
the entrance posed a small challenge for my wife, requiring unassisted negotiation. a handrail or ramp might improve accessibility. the shower cubicle was a bit difficult to use

The main building impressed me on arrival. The hotel features three buildings with a bar, restaurant, and a lovely garden. My room had chairs for sitting. It also included shower gel, shampoo, and tea and coffee facilities.
I found a slight problem, the towels were not replaced one morning.
