Really good Hospitality and Comfort

The location was perfect. We enjoyed some lovely walks near the UEA. I was greeted with a friendly and efficient check-in. The food was amazing, with top quality ingredients and perfect cooking. The atmosphere was also great.
My room was one of the rooms outside the main building. The wi-fi did not reach there with an issue. This impacted my ability to work effectively .

The hotel offers free parking. The rooms provide tea, coffee, and milk. Basic toiletries are also available. There is also an electric heater in the room for additional comfort.

the breakfast met my expectations with the variety of options.
The wifi barely worked in my room, a major inconvenience. also, the noise from outside was quite disruptive. Traffic kept me awake most of the night. the shower had very low pressure, it was almost impossible to rinse properly.

The location was perfect because it was close to the campus. Dinner on saturday and breakfast were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our double room was comfortable and the separate bathroom was super clean.

The room was lovely and spacious. it featured a separate accommodation entrance, so i could come and go as i pleased outside regular hours. dinner and breakfast were particularly good. The food tasted really good. the table service was also friendly and efficient.
the location was not ideal. i noticed delivery vans and lorries frequently pulling in and out of a nearby depot. this activity started as early as 6:30 am. the bathroom flooring was bubbled upwith a definite trip hazard.
