generous size convenient plugs constant drone disruptive noise

the room size was generous, offering ample space. i particularly appreciated the conveniently placed plugs next to the bed. this small detail made charging devices very easy

the constant drone at night was quite disruptive. i couldn't determine if it was the electricity or air conditioning. the noise was especially bothersome when i put my head on the pillow, really impacting my sleep.

The staff at reception were helpful, i found that very reassuring. my room included good quality toiletries. That detail mattered to me. the location is convenient, near both the railway station and the riverside retail area. That location was certainly useful.

during my stay, i observed that the bathrooms are beginning to show their age, and most feature baths instead of walk-in showers. it would improve the experience to have walk-in showers.

blackout curtains reasonable parking breakfast continuity missing cups

The room was very quiet , with blackout curtains that worked perfectly. Parking was also reasonably priced at £6.95 per night. I found the hotel to be in a great spot , minutes away from the railway station.

The hot breakfast items came out individually , not all at once. There were no plates or cups for cold drinks available at one point.

a pleasant stay

helpful staff amazing food kind staff quiet room

the reception staff was helpful when i arrived, they answered all my questions about the cot. the food was amazing, especially what was included with the room. all the staff were kind to my little boy, even when he got overwhelmed they tried to make him smile. the room was perfect, close to the city, and very quiet.

This was a slight surprise. i wish the website was more up-to-date to avoid confusion about parking costs. the rest of the stay was very good, though

the reception area was tidy , and the staff were friendly. i found the location good for access to the city centre. the staff at the bar were great , offering recommendations and quick service.

the room seemed outdated , and it reminded me of it hadn't been updated in years. i noticed the surfaces were dusty. the air conditioning was quite loud , so i had to turn it off and open the window.
