i found the staff helpful with directions. the room had complimentary bottled water, appreciated. i also used the nearby metro station for easy travel. the supermarket next door was very convenient for snacks.
i noticed some street noise due to the thin windows.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was convenient. it was a short walk to the metro station. travel to the city center was very easy from there.
the room was a bit noisy, i could hear some street noise. the pillows were not very fluffy. i asked about other pillows, but none were available.
