The location was GREAT. It was only a few minutes walk to the Duomo and La Scala Opera House. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working properly. The room was at 27 degrees the entire time. The fridge was also not working as it should, so the drinks were warm. There was no milk for the breakfast items, so I could not make tea.
