Fantastic City Stay

I enjoyed how close the metro station was. It was a short walk and made exploring the city easy. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. I also liked the free snacks by the bar and reception . That was a very nice touch.
I noticed a little wear and tear on some of the bathroom fixtures.

i found the on-site parking very convenient, especially with ample space available. the reception staff was helpful (davide stood out!), always ready to assist with a smile. i also really appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day.
I wish the balcony had some furniture. It was a shame not to be able to sit out there.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options (especially the croissants!), with both sweet and savory choices available and was well-managed despite the large number of guests.

dirty furnitureantiquated kitchenette
i EXPERIENCED several problems. the furniture looked quite dirty. the kitchenette was antiquated and patched with tape. it lacked glasses, and the silverware was sparse. i also found the balcony bare with no table.

the suite was spacious it was also quite good in general all seemed pretty new and of good quality. the pool was also great for summer days it was nice.
there were only two pillows in the room i asked for two more it took a few hours to get them. housekeeping was also terrible it didn't leave any toilet paper or refill the coffee packets.
