The receptionist was professional. she seemed to really enjoy her job! Both receptionists were awesome. I had a view of the Matterhorn. There was great sun and snow, I loved everything!!!

The bedroom had a spacious balcony. it had plenty of room for three adults. Body lotion, shower gel, and shampoo were all provided, super helpful. Coffee and tea were also available!

the breakfast was alright, i guess.
The room was pretty small for the price i paid, it felt cramped! the carpet seemed old and not properly cleaned. I noticed some hairs. also, there was no phone in the room and no staff available after 9 pm. That's not convenient for someone alone.

The room was very clean and had a good view. breakfast was nice. The buffet had a lot of options. a ski room is available, and it features boot heaters. the hotel is a short walk from the glacier paradise cable car station.
the carpets were old, and this made the room look dated.

the staff was friendly, helpful, and reactive to questions. miriam and manoel were very kind during breakfast service. robin was also very helpful with both check-in and check-out processes.

The room had an unobstructed view, and it was very spacious. the balcony was also a plus. It was great. the interiors included wood with antique mountain style decorations, which fit the atmosphere.

breakfast each morning was perfect (the croissants were a highlight). the hotel allowed us to use the wellness area to shower after skiing, since we had a late flight.
the carpet in the room seemed old. i noticed dog hairs present. the door handle felt broken (a minor inconvenience, really).
