helpful staff lovely sunrise
I found the staff quite nice and helpful. Their smiles really brightened the days. the location amazed me because it was across from the water. I could watch the sun rise, which i found lovely.

the pool had comfortable sun loungers and a very clean surrounding area. the location was good. i enjoyed being near restaurants and the beach.
The air conditioning wasn't effective. It could have been better.

motorcycle rental convenient location nearby restaurants noisy air conditioner weak water flow faulty faucet
The hotel provides a convenient motorcycle rental service. The location is also convenient. Ao Nang Landmark is within a reasonable walking distance. Many restaurants and shops for souvenirs are nearby.
The air conditioner compressors were located right behind the door. This created an unbearable noise. The water flow in the shower was really weak. I found it unsatisfactory. The faucet in the sink sprayed water everywhere. It was not working properly.
