breakfast buffet city view indian breakfast
The breakfast buffet included many options. the pool was big and clean. I saw staff maintaining it regularly. the indian breakfast selection was tasty and well-served. they gave a good 360-degree view of the city from the sky bar.
the gym equipment looked old.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues
extensive breakfast buffet kitchenette area attentive staff slow elevators dated furniture
The breakfast buffet was quite extensive (I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection). The suite included a small kitchenette area with a microwave. The staff was very attentive, particularly in the club lounge on the higher floors.
The elevators were quite slow, especially during peak hours. The room's furniture felt a bit dated and showed some wear and tear.

outdated furniture disappointing feel
The team assisted with setting up trips and transportation. This helped with getting around the city and area.
My suite overlooked the city. The furniture was very old. they should replace these outdated items with newer pieces. this change would improve the visual appeal of the lounge area and bring it up to date. It feels disappointing.

smooth experience polite staff
the spread at the tower club was great. i had the option to get my room balcony opened and i enjoyed the great river views from there. the check-in experience was very smooth and the staff is courteous.
the hotel lobby felt cramped.
