convenient location and helpful staff
really good teamluggage transferfresh towels
The reception team was really good. shoyoda assisted me in correcting my airport luggage transfer pick-up location. I had mistakenly booked at the wrong hotel. tan and sugiyama also helped me arrange to send my forgotten id to a friend. They offered great assistance. the onsen was fine. It was generally quite busy. housekeeping provided fresh towels and amenities daily, even though they didn't clean the room.

the room provided adequate space for a solo traveler. it had a high bed, a super mattress, and blackout curtains. a small desk, refrigerator, and electric kettle were also present.

i found the hotel modern with well-equipped rooms, efficient for their compact size. the staff seemed polite and helpful, a definite plus. the hotel's central location was convenient, especially its proximity to shops.
The room was small, that is a fact. I understand space is a premium, though it felt a bit cramped.

I found the location excellent. Shops, restaurants, and bars are within easy walking distance. I liked that the hotel frequently replaced towels and amenities. The slipper supply was another positive. The staff helped me send luggage to my next destination. They contacted the hotel to ensure delivery.
The reception area felt a bit small. It was crowded with people dropping off luggage and waiting for breakfast.

the hotel had a excellent location. the free video-on-demand was a nice touch. their public bath was a really good addition i enjoyed.
check-in time at 3pm felt strict and you cant check in earlier even if rooms are available.

The room was too small. i had trouble with the air conditioning. I could not adjust it, and there was no way to open a window. noisy neighbors were another issue, but the staff did nothing when i reported it.
