mixed experience, some issues with room conditions
good locationcramped roomineffective temperature controls
the location was acceptable. it is close to the train station.
The room felt cramped. i could barely move around with my luggage. A larger room would have been beneficial. additionally, i found the temperature controls to be ineffective, with the room consistently too hot. despite my efforts to adjust the settings, the heat persisted making it uncomfortable.

uncomfortable bedcrowded hotel
the bed really wasn't comfortable. i stayed in another apa hotel and the bed was much better. this hotel is also too crowded. i had no idea it would be so busy and packed.

Really good Amenities and Convenient Location

I found many options inside the hotel very convenient. The spa offered excellent body and facial massage options. A convenience store and restaurant were available on site. I appreciated the rooftop view and the pool, open during the summer season.
This resulted in some waiting time, especially during peak hours. It was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant visit.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness with luggage assistance. They were attentive to our needs, especially with sending our baggage. Their service was efficient.

the location was convenient, close to transportation.
The room was too hot, even with the window open, it was uncomfortable. the centrally controlled temperature could not be adjusted individually. I waited several minutes on multiple occasions.
