The location was excellent. It was very quiet, yet close to shopping, the river, tourist attractions, transportation and the geisha district. the breakfast was also very good. They varied the menu daily, and it suited our seven-night stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
the room cleaning service was not the best, i found ventilation was not optimal.

The room featured a spacious bathroom with a wet room, as well as a separate toilet. toiletries were available. When the room was cleaned, staff left extra bath salts, a thoughtful gesture.

The breakfast buffet presented an extensive selection with good quality food. I consider it among the best i have experienced in japan for a four-star hotel. oriental and western options catered to varied tastes.

The lobby offered coffee and tea, a very nice feature . the public areas are gorgeous. I especially liked the convenient 7-eleven store on the ground floor, helpful for any needs.

the hotel's location was convenient to the shopping street on one side and pontocho alley on the other side this was beneficial
the room was not cleaned or tidied to my expectations there was hair on the toilet floor the basin was not cleaned also the bed was not made housekeeping needs improvement the room felt quite small it lacked enough space for clothing storage

The location proved convenient I found easy access to key attractions. The room was spacious offering ample space for relaxation and luggage. I also appreciated the modern amenities including complimentary water and tea. The staff facilitated the luggage forwarding with great care.
