Acceptable Stay with Notable Flaws

Check-in was a poor experience. I arrived after travel and had amounts of luggage. No one assisted with luggage. Music in the reception area made staff difficult to understand. The breakfast package was non refundable. No comfortable sitting area was available, and the reception area reminded me of a public workplace.

the room was surprisingly large. lots of closet space and all the amenities you could need! they offer free bicycle use. it was a lot of fun to cycle through the streets!
the front desk staff was transactional. they made basic things a complicated process.

The location was convenient! A subway station was just steps away. The room had a record player, this was a charming feature. I also liked the Stumptown Coffee in the lobby.
The front desk staff was transactional. Breakfast took ages. I arrived around 7:30 am.
