wonderful tatami stay

i loved the free amenities this hotel provided. the complimentary ramen each evening was a treat and i liked the free ice cream and yogurt. the massage chairs located on the first floor were also a welcome bonus after exploring all day. i found the staff super organized and helpful and appreciated their efficiency.
the automatic sensor lights in front of the bathroom were quite annoying. they turned on easily making it hard to use the bathroom without bright light exposure. this happened multiple times during the night disturbing my sleep.

the hotel provides separate onsen facilities for men and women and this includes multiple pools with approximately 42-degree water temperatures. complimentary toiletries like shampoo are available for use and televisions show onsen congestion levels. laundry services are available for free.

The onsen was very nice and I used it every day. My room had a double bed and a little seating area. I loved the sink being separate from the shower area. I wore white socks all around. They stayed white, hinting at the cleanliness.

The hotel has a coffee machine with a matcha latte option, available . Free probiotic drinks are provided in the morning. Free ice cream appears in the evening. The female onsen includes about seven different spas, besides wash-down showers.

this hotel provided a good location, it was near kyoto station. i also liked the onsen facilities, they were clean. the free ramen was a nice touch, its good for a late-night snack.
the pillows provided were awful. they felt super hard and uncomfortable for sleep. my room faced a parking area, it was not the best view. the breakfast required a long wait for a table.

the nude onsen was divided into males and females, the female onsen had several different spas to choose from. The dressing room had a large number of desks where you could sit to blow dry your hair with phillips hair dryers. I loved the sink BEING SEPERATE to the shower area. free probiotic drink was provided in the morning.
the floor of the room was DIRTY. you need to take off your shoes at the entrance to the hotel. it really doesn't invite you to step on it.
