The location was perfect, very close to the train station. this made day trips easy!!! i was so thankful for the self-service laundry on the 23rd floor. It was really convenient after a long day. i found various restaurants and shops nearby. plus, the automatic check-in was quick.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so i couldn't adjust the temperature in my room directly.

The hotel is connected to the train station , , made getting around SO easy. Shopping was convenient because of the nearby stores. The eco clean service meant I always had fresh towels and bottled water , which I LOVED. I found the Japanese rooftop garden to be a peaceful escape after a busy day.
I noticed the absence of body lotion among the provided amenities.

impersonal check-insmall pillows
the check-in process felt impersonal. i arrived before 3 pm but staff insisted i store my luggage. i prefered to wait in the lobby. the pillows in the room were too small. i also found the dustbin opening too narrow for a simple starbucks cup.
