The reception staff were helpful with luggage storage. Rooms presented a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The tram stop's proximity made navigating the area effortless.
The room design felt somewhat minimalist. all essentials were available.

i had a flight delay , made me arrive later. i asked for a partial refund for the nights i missed, but they denied my request. i was really disappointed by their lack of flexibility

the staff were friendly and helpful i found the location great since it was a ten minute walk from the mall there are grocery stores restaurants and bakeries nearby the room had all the kitchenware i needed and reception was open 24 hours
the carpet in the corridors was rundown
