location decent, facilities not so much
moldy bathroom
i am really not sure how this is considered a four star hotel. my room was tiny, barely any space to move around. the bathroom had mold, i saw it on the ceiling.

I must point out a couple of areas needing attention. The towels provided were quite small for the bathroom (I expect larger ones at this level of hotel). noise isolation was insufficient, as the sound of doors closing in the corridor was very audible. This situation felt as if the sound was emanating from my own door, and it disrupted my sleep.

good location, small hiccups

i had a family room. the space was good for a family of three. they provide bottles so i refilled it with water. the room included both a king bed and a single bed. a door separated the bathroom and storage, great for when the little one sleeps.
the carpet on the stairs seemed old. it looks like nobody cleaned it for a while. that undermined the otherwise good impression of the hotel.

The breakfast offered a decent selection. The location was central and convenient to many attractions.
The room felt quite cramped I could barely move around. I also noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling. I consider this unacceptable for any hotel.
