equipped kitchen train station relaxing sauna
the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen (i especially liked the variety of utensils). it was very convenient that the main train station was only five minutes away. the sauna added a relaxing element to the stay.
the room felt slightly small.

poor communication additional charges
the location was acceptable as it was near the train station.
The lack of communication with reception was a problem. I had to go down physically for every request. there was also an additional charge for cleaning services, changing towels, or replacing bed sheets. i found this unacceptable for the price paid.

functional kitchenette good coffee indoor atm
the breakfast included good coffee (i enjoyed it every morning!). the room included a functional kitchenette. i appreciated the availability of an atm inside the hotel.
the tv wasn't working properly, a fact i reported at reception, but no action was taken.

generous breakfast free coffee convenient location room slippers towel changing small room
The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. I found free water, tea, and coffee at reception. The hotel has a good location. It is close to the main train station.
The hotel room lacked slippers. I learned I must pay extra for them. The towels was not changed daily.

convenient location good room size accommodating capacity unhelpful staff forgotten vouchers absent cleaning
The location is really convenient. It is perfect for staying away from restaurant crowds. The room size is good, it can easily accommodate three to four people.
The staff was not very helpful . They forgot the breakfast vouchers that were supposed to be included. The room also wasn't cleaned during my less-than-five-day stay.

friendly staff delicious breakfast main railway station thai restaurant
a thai restaurant is just opposite the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful . breakfast had amazing quality and variety. the location was a short walk from the main railway station.
The front desk could improve. The room lacked a phone, causing inconvenience when requesting housekeeping services
