the staff's kindness shone. i particularly enjoyed the traditional pub with its fantastic food and many tables. the landlord showed really good care assisting with my heavy luggage it was very Kind.
the room was lovely, but perhaps a touch too warm for my liking, but nothing i couldn't handle.

The staff were friendly , and the pub had a nice vibe.
I did not sleep well because of a bright green light above the door , and I could not turn it off. This made the room too bright , and it bothered me a lot. The lingering smoky smell in the room was also off-putting.

the welcome was warm and the staff proved helpful throughout my stay. the room had pleasing decor and furnishings created a relaxing environment. i particularly enjoyed a steak i had it was the best i've had in a long time alongside a perfectly cooked chicken burger and salad
there was no hot water so i had to take ice cold baths each day which was not ideal
