Mixed Experience Due to Noise Issues
The location was convenient and allowed easy access to various attractions.
the persistent noise from adjacent properties greatly detracted from the experience. I found it hard to relax as the noise seemed constant (especially during the night). The staff did not offer any solutions to address the issue.

The staff were helpful they responded quickly to requests. The room was very clean it had comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a wide selection it included many delicious options.
The entrance to the parking area was a bit tight for larger vehicles.

The staff was Really good!!! They were always available and eager to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet offered an AMAZING selection of hot and cold items. My room was impeccably clean and well kept.
The in-room television had a limited selection of English channels.

the room was spacious and very clean. the linen changed everyday, towels were also fresh. anything i asked for was done quickly. the breakfast was very good and had lots of choices, a lovely spread i must say.
the entrance to the parking is very narrow. it's difficult with a larger car.

the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions about the hotel. the location was amazing with beautiful character. i also appreciate getting a larger room than originally booked that was quite comfortable.
i stayed at this hotel and found the lack of concern for guest comfort quite disheartening. there seemed to be little interest in addressing the issue. i was told that i would have to put up with it.
