I received a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival, and it included a spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The air conditioning worked efficiently. I found the temperature in the room quite comfortable throughout my stay. A mini-fridge kept my beverages cold.
I did notice the hallways could use some updating. The decor felt a bit dated.

My Junior Suite featured two twin beds pushed together to form a large double. I found it very comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries were supplied. A hairdryer was also provided.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It took me about five minutes to walk there. I noted many shops and restaurants located within easy walking distance. A bus stop is situated directly outside the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It is just a short walk. the location is also near several bus stops providing easy access to nearby areas. the room included a modern shower room with a glass door and renovated features. i found the air conditioning to be very effective.
i noticed that the lifts were rather small and could be slow at times

the evening buffet was really repetitive. as a whole, the buffet food WAS awful. there was not any real choice, so we decided to eat out most of THE holiday. the service in the restaurant was poor.

I found the rooms very clean and quite spacious. The hotel has an ideal location, close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, and I especially appreciated Gabriel's interactive approach with the guests. I WOULD return again.
The lift in the hotel is dated, small and hot. This may be an issue for people with mobility problems, though I was fine.

The location is central with several bus stops nearby. I found this convenient for exploring different areas. The service was good. I thought all-inclusive was worth it.
The room cleaning was not thorough for three days. I saw bird poop on the balcony for the first three days. The sun loungers were not comfortable and I never saw them get cleaned.

this hotel seemed like a dream. the entertainment team was very caring, especially gabriel. i loved the variety of food, they had themed days. the location made it easy to walk to beaches.
the pool was not cleaned properly . i saw yellow scum around it, it was unsettling. the staff did clean it, but it was a fast job. i hope they improve that.
