the location proved excellent, near key amenities. the cleaning staff maintained high standards, and the beds provided substantial comfort. i found the team supportive and available. clear and precise directions were provided before i got there.
the sound of sirens and trams throughout the night was really disruptive.

The room was spacious. It had good facilities and nice staff. The location is quite central. I also found it very clean.
I heard noise at night. Sirens and trams kept me awake. The pillows were awful. I had to roll up a duvet to use one. The TV signal reception was also poor across channels.

the apartment was clean.
Check-in proved difficult. I received no prior instructions and discovered check-in was limited to a narrow two-hour window. this caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience upon arrival. the noise was also a significant issue. Sirens and trams persisted throughout the night.

The apartment was spacious, easily accommodating our group. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the provision of necessary amenities. The location proved very convenient. Public transport was close. Staff promptly addressed a minor issue we encountered, and I found their assistance helpful.
Street noise was noticeable at times. This could bother light sleepers.
