great location clear communication easy access
i found the location great, near transport. communication with the staff was clear, instructions about the apartment operation were helpful. i had easy access to luggage storage, beneficial.
i noticed sound insulation could improve, hallway sounds were clear. this was noticeable during a saturday evening event.

the apartment included a well equipped kitchen with supplies available. i could easily prepare a full breakfast and meals. liquid soap in the kitchen was also available.

The hotel is very central. Transport and attractions are close. norreport station is within a few minutes walk. most of the city is easily accessible on foot.

Acceptable Location, Annoying Issues
tired room ground floor
The location was acceptable with shops and restaurants nearby.
The room I got look nothing alike the pictures showed online. It looks tired. It got hot, and leaving the window open was not secure since I was on ground floor. The fan don't help much. I am frustrated.

central location quiet courtyard excellent care
the location was very central. The metro and trains are easy to use from there. The apartment looked into a quiet courtyard. It was clean and well furnished. The team provided excellent care and i recommend it.
the room was not like the pictures i viewed. it seemed tired and scruffy and not worth the cost. it was very hot and stuffy, and we were uncomfortable leaving the window open. it was on the ground floor.

The apartment was close to the city center and a metro station. The kitchen included a dishwasher, very convenient. The shower had hot water and good pressure. I appreciated the provided luggage storage.
I noticed slight noise from the hallway at times.
