i was charmed by this hotel! it was better than i expected, actually. the rooms were modern and always cleaned daily. the food was AMAZING!!! there was so much variety every day! i feel like i got the all-inclusive experience i wanted.
i found that the coffee machine was only working in the dining room at breakfast. if i wanted coffee for lunch, i needed to go to the pool bar. the milk for the coffee sat out all day in a box. that milk was definitely not fresh.

The staff was very helpful. Mrs Popi at the reception was always available to assist. An early check-in was kindly accepted. While the request was processed, i received coffee and a sweet. The breakfast offered a great variety of options.
The hotel has limited sunbeds around the pool. Securing a sunbed required waking up early to reserve one. This was inconvenient.

The room was spacious and modern. It was super clean too. Daily towel changes occurred. A fruit platter welcomed me upon arrival.

the pool was somewhat small and often crowded. sunbeds were frequently occupied early in the morning.
