I found the receptionist to be somewhat unwelcoming. His comment about needing to 'cheer up' was uncalled for and unprofessional.. the request to move the car a mere 30 cm seemed excessive.

The entire place was kept clean. The staff were polite. They offered useful assistance. The breakfast was great. There was plenty of choice available for breakfast, providing an excellent start to the day.
I noticed guests needed to pay extra for pool towels.

the pool area was smaller than i expected from the photos. it was a bit of a letdown (to be honest). also, the extra charge for pool towels felt unnecessary, especially since i couldn't use the room towels.
