fantastic experience by the sea

warm welcomeseafront locationcooked breakfastroom touch

i was welcomed warmly by tony i appreciated that he seemed genuinely happy to see me. the location is superb being right on the seafront i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. breakfast was cooked exactly as i requested with attentiveness and care. the room included binoculars i found that a very nice touch for enjoying the sea view.

the bathroom felt a little cramped it could benefit from a more modern finish.

the guest house is situated directly on the seafront i noticed it is very convenient for accessing local amenities. shops bars and restaurants are within a short walking distance. i liked the proximity to everything.

breakfast was cooked to order i enjoyed the choices available. the dining area seemed clean and well maintained. i saw many guests enjoying the full english breakfast i thought it looked appealing.

the guest house provided binoculars in the room this was a thoughtful addition. the rooms was clean and well presented. i saw that there were comfortable beds i thought they were essential for a good night's sleep.

some issues during check-in and breakfast problems

slow check-incold breakfast

the check-in process felt really slow. it took ages to note down everyone's breakfast orders. a simple form would have been so much easier. also, breakfast times were difficult to arrange, so we ate at different times. the breakfast itself was cold!!!
