Julia checked me in. She was very friendly! The team running the place seemed close knit. The cafe was super busy during breakfast. It definitely seemed like a popular place!
The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak. I had some minor trouble connecting at first.

The room i had was quite small, especially the bathroom. there wasn't much space to move around (i kept bumping into things, honestly). also, the walls seemed really thin. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. it wasn't the most peaceful experience (i needed earplugs).

every person on staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. I had a DELICIOUS breakfast every morning and the rooms are well maintained. i appreciate they are dog-friendly too, such a bonus to be able to travel with my furry friend.
the bathroom was a bit small, but it was adequate for my needs.

the hotel's position is super, it is very close to the beach and coastal paths. i found places to get ice cream nearby and family bike hires were available. it's also a short drive to places for days out.

a lovely breakfast was served each morning and was included with my stay. the café serves alcohol and soft drinks all day, very handy. there is a pub next door ALSO for drinks.

the staff were very good too ensure all guests felt welcomed and cared for. despite being super busy, they made an effort to speak to us about our day. everyone worked as a great team.

the breakfasts were very good. the b&b was located right on the beach and within walking distance of the train station. the room was clean and sufficient.
The room was advertised as beautiful but it was small with no wardrobe. the mattress was in poor condition. The springs were audible. the bathroom extraction fan did not work properly.

The location is superb, situated right next to the beach. Parking was very convenient, with spaces available directly outside the room. All staff members were very cute, it. The breakfast included a good selection of options.
