I found the staff very attentive and helpful. the room was spacious and very super clean. i had a very delicious meal at the restaurant and the service was excellent! i would stay here again without hesitation. the customer service i experienced was really good. Kudos to both kate and james.

the breakfast selection was really good, and the food tasted amazing!!! the location was super convenient for getting around. the staff were really helpful every time i needed something. the bedroom was spacious and warm, it was great.

i had some high hopes, but the bed felt a little hard for my liking. the lights in the room were super bright. there was also not enough space in the shower to put my shower gel, this was a minor inconvenience.
