I found the room clean and well-kept. i noticed friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. the buffet had diverse dishes, offering something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the fresh pasta station. i plan a return visit soon!
i had some issues. the minibar was never refilled automatically, even after i requested it and offered tips. i found this pretty inconvenient, as i had to keep asking.

i really like my stay. i found the staff so helpful. the rooms were clean. i appreciated my room view, it was very nice. the beds were amazing and food even better.
the gym is not appropriate for such a big hotel. if there are more than two people inside, it feels crowded.

The food was acceptable. There was something for everyone. The kids corner was a hit. It has a pasta station every night for picky eaters.
I would not return anytime soon because the men were very over the top with my 2year old little girl, wanting to hold her hand and asking to keep her. They generally looked at her, uncomfortable. It made me fume. On our last day, we had a few extra bills to settle, but on check out, I was told they only took Euro or US dollars. I did not appreciate learning they do not even take Egyptian money after being told the amount in Egyptian.
