The food was delicious with many options to suit all tastes. every meal felt fresh and flavorful. the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. rooms, common areas, and facilities were super clean. pools were a dream! they were well maintained, spacious, and relaxing. the staff were friendly and helpful. Always ready with a smile.
The elevators were not working well. Two different elevators stopped while i was in them. i remained for ten minutes stuck inside. i informed receptionists, but it seemed normal. It was horrible, especially with my children.

The beautiful room featured a balcony where wet clothes could be placed. The bathroom had practical storage. the room was cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard. The atmosphere was calm and cute. furnishings felt modern. They provided ample space for luggage.

The staff showed professionalism and smiles. the all inclusive setup created a vip feeling with unlimited food and drinks available much of the time. Staff catered to needs at all times. The reception provided great service. It was friendly.

The hotel grounds are very well maintained. Staff members are polite and helpful. They always smile. The heated pools were perfect during my Christmas holiday. It was a nice touch.
The draft beer was horrible. There was no Prosecco. Boxed wine had limited choices. Cocktails were simple spirit with a mixer. A nice cocktail bar would be a GREAT addition. Evenings were chilly in February.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package made everything easy. I really enjoyed the boat excursion to Orange Bay Island. The snorkeling was a lot of fun. I would happily return here.
The elevators experienced some problems. I got stuck TWICE, a bit scary with my children. I informed the reception, but it seemed like a common issue.

the breakfast was certainly lacking. the omelette station used the same utensils for meat and vegetarian ingredients (this caused a mishap where i received meat in my omelette after specifically requesting vegetarian options). the staff seemed dismissive when i raised this issue and failed to make necessary changes on subsequent days. this, especially considering i expected better attention to dietary needs.

The resort offered daily entertainment including shows for both adults and children. it featured serene views from the sea and pools and a relaxing spa. staff members were helpful from reception to restaurant to bars, concierge, show team, and management. Water activities included a diving center, parasailing, and trips to neverland aqua park.
during my visit, i noticed limited drink choices at the bar. the bar service was sometimes slow. i had to get up and walk over to the bar myself.
