The city center location allowed easy access to local attractions. It made exploring so simple. the room offered ample space, including room for a baby cot, a huge convenience. breakfast was particularly good. I found many options i enjoyed.
The air conditioning did not work effectively. I found it difficult to get the room cool enough.

The staff was genuinely kind. They quickly accommodated my early check-in request. the room was super clean and well kept. I especially liked the nespresso machine (such a treat!). the hotel's central location made exploring easy. It was close to public transport. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety. I really enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit.
I found the gym hours a bit restrictive. It would be great if it was open a little later.

The reception staff was attentive and helpful. They answered all my questions with patience. i saw that the concierge assisted several guests with directions and travel arrangements. It was a nice touch. i rate it with a 9.

The hotel is situated near several bus stops and a metro station. Transportation was very convenient. there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The choices for dining were abundant. its rate is 10.

My room included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area. Space was more than adequate. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and plush towels. It added to the experience. i would give the room a 9 (because of the view).

the staff was fantastic. they gave me access to my room early, around 9:30. it helped a lot because i was traveling. the location is excellent. the hotel bar is beautiful. i found the room cleaning services very effective.
