SUPERB experience!

I LOVED the room. It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The water park included several slides suitable for different age groups. The main buffet offered a wide variety of foods, even some egyptian traditional options.

The resort boasts beautifully maintained grounds and gardens. Housekeeping maintained super clean rooms with fresh towels daily. I found the staff polite and accommodating, always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the variety of activities available throughout the day, so I never felt bored.
Securing reservations for preferred times became challenging.

Staff members demonstrated attentiveness, helping guests without prompting. Their service was consistently proactive. I also found that the entertainment team made a lot of effort. This enhanced our overall enjoyment.

The hotel's beachfront location offered easy access to snorkelling opportunities. The clear waters and abundant marine life were amazing. Proximity to the beach was really convenient and enhanced the relaxation.

the rooms was cleaned every day. staff did a good job.
I am frustrated the food options did not cater for dietary needs. i had difficulty finding suitable meals. this made dining difficult and caused extra stress. they also had a terrible smell near the main pool. It was off putting.

fantastic stay with excellent service

I stayed in a family suite. the room was clean and well-kept. there was a great variety of food at the buffet restaurant and i especially liked the fresh pizzas near the pool bar hut. the staff were helpful. I received assistance with directions and information about hotel facilities.
the room was a bit of a walk from the main area restaurants. this meant a long trek especially after a full day.

the hotel location is convenient for excursions to luxor. it allowed for a slightly later pick-up time than other hotels further away. transfers to some tours had additional costs since it is out of the way.

the animation team was energetic and lively, providing entertainment around the main pool. the kids club staff were caring and engaging. the pool drinks service lacked attentiveness, requiring me to go to the bar most of the time.
