mixed feelings about this stay
poor wifi repetitive food
the wifi was just awful. it barely worked in the lobby and was nonexistent in my room. it was frustrating because i wanted to plan some excursions and couldn't even load basic websites. also, the food got repetitive after a few days. the breakfast buffet felt the same every morning. they should really think about adding more variety.

fantastic stay! loved it!
helpful staff clean pools pretty grounds
the staff were always ready to help, especially at the main restaurant. the pools were clean! the towel art from the cleaner was amazing. i really liked the well-kept grounds , made the resort pretty.
The wi-fi was spotty and almost nonexistent in the rooms, except in buildings 1000 and 5000. This made things tough. i wish they made this clearer. it added stress upon arrival as i needed a room change!

the staff was helpful and cheerful! i got a warm greeting every time. they were always smiling and ready to assist, which really enhanced the experience! i felt so welcomed.

clean room fresh food
The rooms were clean, and towels were changed everyday. I stayed in a newly renovated standard double or twin room pool view (charming!). The food was fresh and plentiful.
the alcoholic drinks tasted like gasoline. SOME bartenders tried to keep the alcohol to a minimum.

limited access poor internet
the ultra all-inclusive concept felt misleading it was more like a standard all-inclusive package. i expected access to the sauna and jacuzzi but had to argue to get a limited access card. the room did not match what i booked initially the second bed wasn't even prepared upon arrival i reminded me of staff weren't really trying to solve the problems and the internet connection was poor throughout my stay.

Our room had free in-room fast Wi-Fi. The resort had beach and pool morning activities. After dinner shows and live music were available. Kids liked the Aqua Park, big-size chess, ping pong, and the kids room. There was a free pedal court. Tennis, volleyball, and a beach gym were present.
The hotel rooms felt a little dated.
