excellent stay
helpful staff great location complimentary tea
I stayed four nights. We initially booked only two. the staff are helpful. The hotel has a great location on the east bank. our room included complimentary tea and coffee.
The gym opened late, not convenient. Its opening time was 9 am. this is not ideal with full days of tourist activities planned.

noisy air conditioning lacking gym
i found the gym really lacking. it only had a couple old treadmills. the air conditioning in my room was super noisy and it barely worked. it made it hard to sleep. the staff also seemed short handed especially at breakfast so i would have to wait to be seated.

fresh fruit special requests black mould dirty bath
the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit! room service food also catered to my special requests, which i really liked.
The shower had black mould and hair. One of the bath mats was dirty, yikes! the fridge was disused and smelly, and that wasn't great either.
