i found the staff helpful (they were always smiling). the room service was prompt and efficient. the gardens offered a beautiful area for relaxation. the hotel also had well kept pools, great for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The elevators were slow. This sometimes made it necessary to use the stairs.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the nile ferry. This provided easy access to the west bank. the proximity to key attractions made it very easy to see the sites. the surrounding area offers an authentic egyptian experience.

the breakfast service was excellent, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met. i noted the reception staff were cute and provided assistance. the security personnel were helpful and ensured a safe environment .

The breakfast buffet presented a wide array of options, including fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets. i tried la corniche restaurant (the sea bass was wonderful). i enjoyed the extended breakfast hours. These accommodated early excursions and leisurely mornings.
