noisy ac dirty furniture
The room was huge and the bed was comfy. I can't deny that.
The ac was noisy. lots of the furniture was broken or dirty. it was like the attention to detail was lacking considering what should be expected. It did not live up to what i anticipate from similar accommodations.

beautiful gardens professional staff
i loved the architecture with gardens and courtyards. the pool area was also lovely. food was locally sourced and excellently prepared. the staff was professional.

I had expectations for this place. The initial appearance was promising, but things went downhill. The air conditioning unit rattled all night. I also noticed grime and dirt in corners that should have been cleaned. It.

An Oasis of Calm
attentive staff magical gardens
I found staff members very attentive to details. Fresh produce came from the farm. The rooms were beautiful and large. The gardens felt magical, I spent many happy hours here.
