Excellent stay near the zoo

I had a fantastic room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked great. I appreciated the location with many restaurants nearby.
There were not many shops close by for groceries.

Staff members were friendly. Staff were helpful . The ladies at reception were professional. They accommodated all my requests quickly.

The room included a kitchen. It had everything needed to cook meals. Free drinks were available in the fridge upon arrival. The laundry room was a bonus and it worked well.

The location is super quiet all day. The hotel location is near universities. The hotel is also close to the zoologischer garten station. Tiergarten is only a ten minute walk from the hotel.

Breakfast had good quality. Plenty places exist to eat out around the hotel. Some cafes were nearby for breakfast. A grocery store was located in the nearby train station.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . My room included free drinks in the fridge and a handwritten welcome note. The bed was comfortable and the area remained quiet. I could easily walk to nearby gardens, nice.
The bathroom heating did not function properly, a minor inconvenience.

The staff was super friendly, they offered water with lemon and treats. the room was cozy with a nice greeting. Snacks and free drinks were there waiting for me. i was really happy about this!
The heating in the bathroom did not work. breakfast was not good. It was really expensive. something heated the room. It was too warm despite the radiators being off. the corridor was too warm too.
