the hotel is fine. i LOVED the spa area and the gorgeous dining space. it's also a short walk to the grunewald.. we had a great time. the interiors were classic and inspiring.

we did not have a coffee machine in the room. we also needed to ask for a hair dryer. the toiletries provided weren't great.. there was no hair conditioner. the toilet light had a loud, high-pitched noise whenever it was on.

my stay started promising, but quickly declined. i booked a Junior Suite, expecting certain amenities. A BIG issue was the absence of a coffee maker. i REALLY need my morning coffee and relied on room service. THEN I discovered they stopped offering it completely. the staff tried to help, but it wasn't the same. that REALLY affected my experience. this hotel needs to re-evaluate its priorities.
