The hotel is close to Alexanderplatz and easily accessible by subway. The apartment was clean and cozy. I found the self check-in process useful and user-friendly. The option to store luggage safely after checkout was beneficial for my last day.
The internet connection was unstable and this was inconvenient. I also noticed the shower drain was clogged which affected water flow

the location was convenient. it was near the tram system. good restaurants were easy to reach. the photos present the place accurately. i found the beds comfortable. accessing help through the app was easy. i got extra fans quickly when needed.
the lock system relied on a phone app and i was worried my phone run out of battery. i bought a usb plug because the room lacked integrated ones.

The apartment had everything i needed, and the bed was really comfortable. my kids loved the loft, and it was perfect for them. check-in and out were easy, and instruction was very clear. for us, we are able to leave our luggage in the luggage, a super lovely plus.
the lock system was dreadful. having to make sure i had sufficient charge on my phone in order to be able to 'slide to unlock' and still have to ask for assistance to work the lock was frustrating.

difficult lock systemminimal service
the lock system were a nightmare. i needed to make sure my phone had enough charge so i could slide to unlock. i still needed help to get the lock working, it felt annoying. the room seemed to only receive a small service after the last guests, whose initials were g & m, according to the heart on the mirror next to toothpaste marks.
