Really good Amenities and Central Location

The room contained water and coffee. A luggage room allowed me to leave my suitcase before check-in. I appreciated the pleasant music in the hallway. Chairs were also available near a large mirror.
The lock system presented challenges. I had to ensure my phone had sufficient charge to slide to unlock. I also required assistance to operate the lock. This situation was frustrating.

The staff proved helpful. They also offered flexibility with check out. They permitted guests to leave bags for the whole day. This was very useful.

The keyless system provided modern safety. The location allowed a five-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Concierge service replied quickly to any questions. This added considerable convenience.

The apartment had everything i needed, and the bed was really comfortable. my kids loved the loft, and it was perfect for them. check-in and out were easy, and instruction was very clear. for us, we are able to leave our luggage in the luggage, a super lovely plus.
the lock system was dreadful. having to make sure i had sufficient charge on my phone in order to be able to 'slide to unlock' and still have to ask for assistance to work the lock was frustrating.

the location is very good, about a ten minute walk from alexanderplatz! also, it's a three minute walk from the u-bahn station, very convenient for getting around the city.

the apartment itself was very spacious and well appointed. the kids really liked the space upstairs in the room. the kitchen was appropriate and had the utensils we needed to make breakfast.

difficult lock systemminimal service
the lock system were a nightmare. i needed to make sure my phone had enough charge so i could slide to unlock. i still needed help to get the lock working, it felt annoying. the room seemed to only receive a small service after the last guests, whose initials were g & m, according to the heart on the mirror next to toothpaste marks.
