I found the staff to be helpful. They offered great tips for exploring (really were really good). breakfast had a wide choice and was artistically arranged.

The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. One day, they didn't fold the bedspread, just threw it on a stall. they also only emptied one bin and folded duvets, so i declined service the next day.
