Really good Hotel Experience
extensive equipment fresh juices helpful manager
The gym had extensive equipment. It seemed like a membership club. I found the breakfast selection wonderful with fresh juices and baked goods. Eggs were available to order. The hotel manager assisted with check-in and offered coffee.
I found little storage in the room. Better arrangement would have been helpful. The service felt inconsistent. Only a few staff members provided top-tier service. Most others fell short of expectations.

historical charm meets modern comfort
deco design city view comfortable bed
the design blended art deco and modern elements. my roomy city view room had a great view of the tv tower. the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom had an amazing shower. i also liked the well-stocked drinks and snacks (the pretzels were good!).
i tried calling the room service line but got no answer after several attempts. i ended up calling the front desk, and the woman took our order.

room service was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. the breakfast offered a rich vegan menu. it was really easy to grab a coffee and a quick bite before heading out for the day.

the hotel is near friedrichstrasse, oranienburger tor, and hackescher markt train stations. museum island is a short walk away. numerous cafés and restaurants are also in the vicinity!).

the room felt spacious, and stylish fixtures were visible. the bed was comfortable, and the view was wonderful. ample storage and seating were also available, which i found particularly useful.

extensive equipment friendly staff billing error mini bar charge
The gym was fantastic it had a lot of equipment. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me information about the hotel and the surrounding area upon arrival.
The billing system seemed to have errors. The hotel didn't recognize my prepayment. i received a charge for mini bar items i didn't use. I contacted the hotel but never heard back
