The reception staff were friendly. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants. I had a spacious room that faced the pool. Staff helped promptly with all requests, especially during the night shift. I felt very welcome there.

My room faced the back. It was pretty noisy because of hallway sounds? The breakfast was different than before. Not many fresh items were available. I found the bed quite small, a bit of a problem for anyone tall.
