an OKAY stay, but could be better
small shower many stairs
the room suited our needs FANTASTICALLY, with a double bed and two singles.
The shower was small, and it was NOISY. Also there are two floors accessible only by stairs. it was DIFFICULT when you pack a lot.

the room was very spacious. it had a tv where i signed into my netflix account. plenty of clean towels were available.
The ensuite was small. it generally seemed poorly finished. It needs updating and the toilet took ages to refill.

excellent stay, highly recommend
spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff
the room was quite spacious! i found it clean and cosy and the beds were comfortable. keiko was super friendly and helpful. i noticed details like coffee, tea, and fresh water daily. i thought this was a nice touch.
i found the shower was missing a door, with only a shower curtain. this resulted in some water escaping onto the floor. this could be easily avoided with a little attention.

the location is conveniently located near the city center, accessible within a reasonable walk of approximately 20 minutes. i observed the neighborhood is generally quiet and peaceful. it ensures a relaxed atmosphere .

breakfast offered many choices, a highlight being the scottish breakfast. the freshness of the cooked breakfast added to my morning routine. the dining area was well-kept and inviting, which enhanced my experience.

My twin room included a tv. tea and coffee amenities upon arrival. fresh towels were available, and the space felt clean. the room temperature was properly regulated. It contributed to my comfort.

small shower steep stairs
the shower was quite small, and it made a loud noise when i used it. also, i didn't realize there were two floors with stairs only. it was a bit hard carrying all my luggage up. i wish i had known this beforehand.
