my apartment featured large windows providing a lot of natural light. the towels were soft , and the bathroom products felt luxurious. i found the bed quite comfy, a welcome respite after long days exploring. i really appreciated the apartment's spotlessness.
the absence of a lift presented a challenge , particularly when carrying heavy luggage to the upper floors.

lack of serviceold mattress
the apartment lacked service for the 5 nights i stayed there i only received one set of towels i would have to pay extra for a clean set the heating system initially wouldn't shut off after i complained it was fixed but then it wouldn't stay on i found the mattress very old and torn with the metal interior exposed

I really appreciate the smooth self check-in process. Instructions were clear and accessible online. The staff helped a lot, promptly providing all needed information before arrival. The host managed everything very well, and my apartment was located perfectly.

the location was fantastic! it made it easy to explore and find my way around. i even spotted a greggs right across the street, so convenient. i found the staff to be helpful! they were so responsive to every question i had.
The exit sign emitted a green light all night. It was slightly bothersome.

The location was fantastic. I could walk to everything. the apartment had a modern design and felt very cozy. i especially liked the lovely smelling shower gel, shampoo, and handwash provided. the kitchenette was easy to use and included all necessary crockery.
the apartment was on the 3rd floor. there was no elevator, a bit difficult with luggage
