Excellent City Stay

easy access quiet bedroom
I stayed in Apartment 3 on the ground floor. This overlooked the park opposite and provided easy access. The bedroom was to the rear and offered great quiet. The apartment is well equipped with luxurious items and is spacious.
There is no luggage room available. Guests need to pay an extra 5£ per luggage item to keep their things elsewhere. There is also no elevator available.
Dining
9/10
Many restaurants and pubs are a short walking distance from the location. This provides many options for breakfast or brunch in the morning, and great places to eat in the evenings. It was easy to get to many places.
Location
10/10
The street is lively and has good public transport connections. It remains actually quiet at the same time. The apartment is within very comfortable walking distance of many main attractions. Princess Street is very close too.

Excellent Central Apartment

convenient location modern facility comfortable bed good space
The apartment's location was convenient, close to many attractions. The modern facilities inside the apartment were excellent and easy to use. I found the bed quite comfortable, which ensured a restful night. The layout provided a good sense of space.
The street outside the apartment was a bit noisy due to traffic. Single glazed windows did little to reduce this noise, but it wasn't unbearable.
Rooms
9/10
My room featured a comfortable bed and a small kitchen area that proved very useful. The design of the room included high ceilings, contributing to a sense of spaciousness. Natural light filled the room from the windows.
Service
8/10
Check-in was done online via a messaging app and the process worked efficiently. Contacting staff was simple. All communication before and used digital platforms, it was convenient and quick.
Facilities
9/10
The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, including all necessary appliances and utensils. The bathroom was modern, it featured all the expected amenities. Fast, reliable wifi was available throughout the apartment.

street noise significant noise
The location was acceptable. It was close enough to walk to the main attractions.
The noise from the street was significant. I could hear traffic throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep well. I wish there was better soundproofing.

i booked an apartment for six nights on queen street. the building felt very organize and well maintain. location is a big plus. princess street is close, i found it easy to walk to main attractions. there were lots of places for breakfast, brunch, restaurants and pubs nearby.
the customer service are very poor, if i had queries . the staff seemed quite disinterested on the phone and didn't get a clear answer from someone.
Service

communication with the management was excellent, and they were very responsive. instructions were clear when needed. the apartment had everything for a comfortable stay, and both the indoor temperature and the hot water worked well.
