The rooms felt a little dated. the furniture looked worn. i also found the elevators to be slow. I waited a while sometimes. it was a minor inconvenience, but it did affect the overall experience a bit.

The welcome drink was a nice touch, with live music playing softly in the reception. i liked that the spa was gorgeous. the staff was very helpful and friendly. I found this especially valuable.
The indoor swimming pool required an extra payment. This was not clearly stated. one family paid around 90 euros for one hour? i was a bit dissapointed.
