Spacious Apartment with Great Amenities!!!

The kitchen had a big fridge with a freezer and a full oven. Plenty of dishes and cutlery were available. I found a separate laundry room that included a washing machine and a dryer. An additional toilet was located in the hallway.
The fan speed on the bedroom air conditioning unit could not be adjusted. Turning the fan up did not increase the speed. This was a minor inconvenience.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. It included a large refrigerator with a freezer, a complete electric stove with an oven, and a microwave. There was also a dishwasher. sufficient dishes and cutlery, simplifying meal preparation and cleanup after dining.

The location is very central. It is just a five-minute walk to the bus terminal and the shopping mall. The Coles supermarket and the waterfront are only a ten-minute walk away. I could easily access nearby facilities.

the room was quite big. the kitchen facilities were acceptable.
the aircon in the bedroom was not GOOD. i could not adjust the fan speed, it was stuck. being on the ground floor meant i heard more street noise than i would have liked. also, some other guests were REALLY loud.

The apartment was very spacious. It included a large balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment I needed. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfy.
The shower head do not stay up on its own.

The location is near the CBD. Many attractions are within a short stroll. It's close to the waterfront with easy access to shops. Taxis are accessible to explore the city.
